Communico - that's Latin for Communication.
Driven by a passion to help companies create amazing cultures, I help companies connect the dots between their Strategy, their Brand, and their Story.
So often, there is a disconnect between what a company says they do, to what they actually do. This creates a disconnect between who they say they are to who they actually are. They don’t walk the talk. This creates uncertainty and disconnect both internally and externally– impacts culture, which in turn, impacts the relationship the business has with their employees and current and potential customers.
In order for the Story to be authentic, both the Brand and the Strategy must align. If not, the story the company tells through its communication, will not be believable. This will lead to a disjointed culture, both internally and externally. If there is misalignment, employees and customers will feel it.
